Renowned for Italian rice, the Melotti family has specialized in the Vialone Nano & Carnaroli varieties since 1986. Together with their children Luca, Gianmaria & Francesca, Giuseppe Melotti & his wife Rosetta manage the cultivation, processing and sale of their rice. The family business is based in Isola della Scala, Verona in northern Italy; Risotteria Melotti opened in the East Village in 2013.
