Join Rebecca Elston and Dr. Nicole Harkness for a two hour breathwork journey and acupuncture designed to release, restore, and reconnect. This immersive session weaves together guided meditation, breathwork, and acupuncture to support deep nervous-system regulation, energetic release, and a return to your authentic self. Rebecca will open with a guided breathwork journey, and Nicole will follow with acupuncture for every participant to help settle the body, integrate the release, and deepen the sense of calm. Held in a safe, supportive space, the experience centers on reconnecting with your true power, presence, and inner clarity.
