AI is transforming the way developers build software, from generating code and selecting dependencies to fixing bugs and creating deployment configurations. But when AI can produce code in seconds, how do we ensure that insecure code doesn't make its way into production just as quickly? In this session, we'll explore how development, DevOps, and security teams can keep pace with AI-driven software development.

The talk will cover how hybrid analysis improves vulnerability detection, how AI-assisted triage helps distinguish real security issues from false positives, and how contextual remediation enables developers to fix vulnerabilities without disrupting their existing workflows.

Your vulnerability backlog may be green, but what security debt is quietly accumulating beneath it? This session explores how legacy architecture, accepted risks, recurring vulnerabilities, insecure design decisions, and unclear ownership compound over time, often unnoticed until remediation becomes painfully expensive.

We’ll look beyond scanner findings to understand how organisations unintentionally manufacture security debt through everyday delivery decisions. More importantly, we’ll discuss practical ways to identify, prioritise, own, and reduce that debt before it becomes an incident.
