🎤 Talk 1: Who Secures the Code AI Wrote?
Speaker: Bhawani Singh
*Solutions Engineer Director, AMA, Checkmarx*
Talk Description
AI is transforming the way developers build software, from generating code and selecting dependencies to fixing bugs and creating deployment configurations. But when AI can produce code in seconds, how do we ensure that insecure code doesn't make its way into production just as quickly?
In this session, we'll explore how development, DevOps, and security teams can keep pace with AI-driven software development.
The talk will cover how hybrid analysis improves vulnerability detection, how AI-assisted triage helps distinguish real security issues from false positives, and how contextual remediation enables developers to fix vulnerabilities without disrupting their existing workflows.

🎤 Talk 2: The Security Debt Nobody Owns
Speaker: Lim Quan Heng.
Chief Delivery Officer, Asia, Sekuro
Talk Description
Your vulnerability backlog may be green, but what security debt is quietly accumulating beneath it? This session explores how legacy architecture, accepted risks, recurring vulnerabilities, insecure design decisions, and unclear ownership compound over time, often unnoticed until remediation becomes painfully expensive.
We’ll look beyond scanner findings to understand how organisations unintentionally manufacture security debt through everyday delivery decisions. More importantly, we’ll discuss practical ways to identify, prioritise, own, and reduce that debt before it becomes an incident.
📢 Important
This is a free-to-attend community event.
Please register only if you are confident you can attend. We arrange food and refreshments based on the number of registrations, and no-shows result in unnecessary food waste and prevent others from taking those seats.
If your plans change after registering, kindly let us know in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else.
We look forward to seeing you there!
