About the Speaker
Linda Liew is a Mindfulness Experience Designer and the founder of Tulip Meadows. With teacher training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT-L) from the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and the SEEDS curriculum (by Mindful Circle), she is dedicated to making mindfulness accessible and practical for everyday life.
She creates gentle, nature-inspired spaces where participants can slow down and reconnect. Having navigated high-pressure careers and the complexities of being in the "sandwich generation," Linda brings a deeply compassionate and grounded approach to her sessions.
