The workplace is changing, and leaders need the knowledge, confidence and practical behaviours to lead people with greater awareness, empathy and understanding.This engaging 2-hour workshop explores Mental Fitness, Disability Awareness, Neurodiversity, Psychological Safety and Confidence, and how these areas influence the way people experience work, leadership and each other and themselves Through practical examples, facilitated conversations and reflection, participants will unpack the language and behaviours that can either build trust and inclusion or unintentionally create barriers. Leaders will learn how to approach sensitive conversations with greater confidence, recognise when support may be needed, and create environments where people feel safe to speak up, contribute, ask for help and bring their strengths to the workplace.The session is designed to move beyond awareness and into practical action, helping leaders strengthen their understanding of diversity, inclusion, equity, psychological safety, confidence and everyday personal behaviours.
