Description
Awakening Your Mind is a series of meditation classes that offers solutions to problems of our everyday life by learning to control our mind. We will practise Buddhist meditations, gain profound insight in spiritually meaningful objects, and develop emotional resilience. The meditation classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike; everyone who seeks to unlock the potential of their mind and is interested in personal growth is welcome.
The meditation classes are based on the book Modern Buddhism – The Path of Compassion and Wisdom by fully accomplished meditation master Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
