Beginner Intensive: September 26 & 27
The Beginner Intensive covers the basics of tango vocabulary, structure, technique and lead-and-follow improvisation. We change partners after every song, so there's no need to bring a partner (though you're welcome to if you have one!). The Intensive prepares students to enter directly into our Advanced Beginner Level. This intensive is open to students with no previous experience in tango. Students with experience may also take this intensive to review and reinforce the basics.
Schedule:
Session 1 - Saturday, September 26, 2-4 pm
Session 2 - Sunday, September 27, 2-4 pm

Please bring socks or smooth-soled shoes for pivoting. Beginners should plan to attend both days. Students who have previously completed the beginner program are welcome to attend a single day.
Full intensive registrants receive complimentary admission to Milonga Qilombo and its pre-class on September 26.
