This session is a chance to step back from the day to day work and ask: What should you focus on over the next six months to move your work or business forward? We’ll combine business and marketing thinking with a coaching approach: questions, reflection, practical exercises, and real cases from the room.

We’ll look at topics such as:

• positioning and how you communicate what you do • finding and attracting customers • sales and conversion • pricing and offers • testing new ideas • growth with limited time and budget • funding, if relevant • what to focus on and what to stop doing • how to keep yourself going while doing all of the above

You’ll work on your own situation throughout the session, so you can come with an existing business, a freelance practice, a new idea, or simply a feeling that something needs to change, but you’re not sure what yet.

You’ll leave with a clearer direction, one main priority for the next six months, and 2 to 3 concrete next steps.
