Calm your mind and bring energy to your body by practicing Chen Taiji. Taiji is a an internal martial art rooted on Taoist concepts. It can be practiced at any age and brings many health benefits. Besides this, it is still a martial art, meaning that most of the techniques and movement have a martial explanation and can be used for self defense. I'm back after in Bru after a month. Come and join us:D We meet near the kiosk (or on the side of the football field) Full practice including: • Relaxation • Stretching • Basic Taiji techniques • Laojia Yi Lu Form • Martial Applications Bring comfortable clothes and water (or tea).
