Is this your event?About the event
Join the popular Career Resilience Series by Positive Minds Coaching. Strengthen your mental and emotional resilience to thrive in uncertain times with evidence-based mental frameworks that move you from "What If" to "I Can."
Uncertainties in the economy and workplace affect our performance and wellbeing. This can lead to emotional and mental stress. For mid-career PMEs, this often shows up as hesitation, second-guessing, and taking a worst-case outlook towards their future.
This workshop helps participants build the mental readiness and self-leadership needed to respond to unexpected changes with intention and confidence.
Participants will apply evidence-based mental frameworks to move from a "What If" mindset to an "I Can" mindset, with clarity and structure going into the new year.
What You'll Take Away:
•
Create positive outcomes by pausing and reframing the "What If" thinking trap.
•
Enable self-led action with a renewed mindset using the 5-step #ICAN Framework™.
•
Start 2027 with clear direction & intention by leading forward with your own action plan.
