Too Much, Not Enough: Journaling for Clarity | The Codette Project LearnX Community
About the event
Ever felt like you had to shrink yourself to fit in? Or wondered if you're really "good enough," despite everything you've accomplished?
Join this guided 3-hour workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself through the practice of journaling. In a safe and supportive space, you'll explore your emotions, challenge limiting self-beliefs, and transform your thoughts into meaningful insights. Whether you're navigating self-doubt, burnout, or simply looking for a moment of clarity, this workshop invites you to slow down, acknowledge how far you've come, and move forward with greater confidence and hope. Organised by The Codette Project LearnX Community.
What you'll learn:
• Gain clarity through guided self-reflection prompts
• Navigate and process your emotions through journaling
• Build confidence to let go of self-limiting beliefs and embrace what's next
Come as you are. Leave with greater clarity, self-compassion, and a renewed perspective.
