We are going to change the way we relate to difficult emotions and reconcile ourselves with all our light and shadows🌓
A gentle space to land in your body. To feel what’s been hidden. To breathe what’s been held. To paint what words can’t say.
¿How we will do it?
Through breathwork 🌬️, somatic release🍃, meditation🧘🏼♀️ and intuitive art 🎨, we explore the full spectrum of emotion - not to fix it, but to express it, and let it move through.
