📍 What We’ll Do
Let’s get together in the park and enjoy some fun and beginner-friendly flag football activities!
Depending on the number of attendees, we may also play simple flag football games using real flags 🏈
In this session, we’ll:
• Play catch to warm up
• Run simple passing routes and practice catching on the move
• Enjoy friendly football activities — no tackling, just fun and teamwork!
If enough people join (6+ attendees), we can also divide into teams and play casual flag football games using flags 🚩
🏈 Equipment
We currently have:
• 2 footballs for everyone to share
• 10 flag belts available for games
The footballs are Wilson NFL Ignition Footballs (PeeWee Size), which are slightly smaller and easier for beginners to handle.
If you have your own football, feel free to bring it — it would be greatly appreciated! 🙌

👥 Who Can Join
Everyone is welcome — beginners, experienced players, men and women alike!
You don’t need any experience or equipment.
We’re mainly here to have fun, stay active, and meet new people 😊
🌤️ Weather & Attendance Policy
• ☔ If it rains on the event day
we’ll decide on the same day whether to cancel the event. Any updates will be posted on Meetup.
• 👥 If fewer than 3 people join the event
the event may be canceled 1 days before the event date.
If the event is canceled, I will post an update on Meetup.
🌟 Purpose
We’re still a new group and hoping to grow a friendly local flag football community in Vancouver!
For now, we’ll focus on passing, catching, route running, and casual games while building skills and friendships together 😊
