Yoga as protest - Park edition 🌳 *Format:* Every two weeks, we practice yoga together and then share food and talk.
Part 1: 🧘🏻♀️ Yoga session (50-60 min). No yoga experience needed - just bring your mat and be on time! Every class is built around a theme inviting you to explore and build your own story through this shared practice.
We will start at 10:30, but please come in advance.
Part 2: 🧺 Picnic & chat time from 11:30 to 13:30. Feel free to bring some snacks & drinks 🥐🥕🧉
*Price of the class:* Pay what you can. Average donation is 10 EUR, but you're welcome to contribute as much as you want.
*Why yoga as protest* A year ago, I was exhausted and unwell for months in a row - with life rushing through, I didn't feel like I belonged anywhere - and that the system was breaking me
And I wanted to change that. I wanted to find the way of building resilience through connecting to the body, the nature, and people. Back then, I went back to my home village and it gave me many answers. When I returned I knew that I wanted to study yoga - and share what I learn with others,
Now I'm a 200-hour certified hatha yoga teacher, and I believe the most radical thing we can do right now is slow down together.
