Josh Cohen Quintet — We Are Home Album Release Show
About the event
Experience an intimate evening of original Toronto jazz fusion as bassist and composer Josh Cohen brings his acclaimed quintet together for two performances celebrating the release of We Are Home, his first full-ensemble recording as a leader.
Josh Cohen Quintet features Jeremy Ledbetter on piano and keyboards, Rob Christian on woodwinds, Lucian Gray on guitar, Mateo Mancuso on drums, and Cohen on bass. Long known for creating the sound of a full ensemble on solo electric bass, Cohen turns his writing outward on We Are Home, placing his compositional voice within a collaborative band shaped by five distinctive musicians.
The core quintet comes together for two intimate seated performances at Annette Studios in Toronto on Friday, October 23, 2026.
