International Meetup at a Cafe in Omotesando,Shibuya 🌏

Hi everyone! We host international meetups in Tokyo where Japanese and international people can hang out and talk. This time we're at "good coffee Aoyama by good room" in Omotesando — a stylish, relaxed cafe just a few minutes from the station. We usually get a nice 50/50 mix of Japanese and international guests.

This event is perfect if you...

• Want to practice English (beginners very welcome!) • Want to practice Japanese in a real conversation • Are new to Tokyo and want to make friends

What it's like We arrange the seating for you and shuffle it during the event, so you'll naturally get to talk with lots of different people — no awkward "who do I talk to?" moments. If a conversation stalls, the host will jump in to translate or get things going again. You don't need perfect English or perfect Japanese. About 80% of people come alone, so don't worry about that at all!

こんにちは！月に数回、東京で国際交流イベントを開催しています。 今回の会場は 表参道の「good coffee 青山 by good room」。おしゃれで落ち着いた雰囲気のカフェを貸し切って、外国人と日本人が半々くらいで集まります。

当日の流れ 席はこちらで用意していて、時間ごとに席替えをするので、自然といろんな人と話せます。「誰に話しかけよう…」と悩む時間はゼロ。話が止まってしまっても、主催者が間に入って通訳したり話題を振ったりするので大丈夫です。英語ゼロでも、日本語ゼロでも楽しめます。一人参加の方が8割なので、気軽に来てください🙌
