毎月第1・第3土曜日の午前9時に、代々木公園（原宿口・時計台前）に集合します。
公園内を周回してランまたはウォークを行い、ランナーは通常3〜4周（1周約1.6km）走ります。終了後は近くのカフェでコーヒーを楽しみます。
ぐるぐるとした周回、ペースはキロ6〜7分のゆっくり、お話ができるくらいです。
またレース前の刺激入れなど、ガチ勢の人も楽しみながら走れますのでご相談
ください。

🏳️🌈 Want to join us for a run in Yoyogi Park on Saturday, 7/4 at 9:00 AM? 🌳
We meet at 9:00 AM on the first and third Saturday of every month at Yoyogi Park (Harajuku Entrance, in front of the Clock Tower).
We run or walk around the park's loop. Runners typically complete 3–4 laps (each lap is about 1.6 km). Afterward, we head to a nearby café to enjoy a coffee together.
The route is a simple loop, and the pace is relaxed—about 6–7 minutes per kilometer, comfortable enough to chat while running.
More serious runners are also welcome. Whether you're looking for a light pre-race tune-up or just want to enjoy a run with others, feel free to let us know and we'll make it work for you.
