Fred Raposo takes you on an intriguing journey to uncover his true identity. He must retrieve his birth certificate from the hospital where he was born. Just like Oedipus, he searches for his origins and discovers that finding the truth sometimes means letting go of that truth as well.
A fusion of cultures
This performance connects personal and family stories with memories, Amazonian mythology, and Brazilian soap operas. Rooted in his own background and international experience as an artist, Fred Raposo combines various aspects of his work. He creates a performance that blurs the boundaries of traditional art forms.
