The Marine Stewardship Council presents: Two Cooks, One Ocean. Meet Courtney Roulston and Daniel Rankin on Friday 23 October at Sydney Fish Market. Join us for this special one-off event and you’ll help raise awareness of sustainable fishing practices. Two standout food personalities will be bringing together their distinct cooking styles, great seafood, personal stories and a shared connection to the ocean. Join us across either the afternoon (3:30pm to 5:30pm) or evening (6:30pm to 8:30pm) sessions. The event is designed to make sustainable seafood delicious, approachable and easy to enjoy, while helping more people understand the choices that can support healthy oceans and seafood for the future.
