Rhymes, songs, bounces, and stories for caregivers and their babies. For ages 0 – 18 months. Accessibility Information VPL is committed to making our programs accessible for all. If you have an access need that we have not addressed here, please email us at children.teens@vpl.ca. Participants are welcome to move, stim, or take breaks as needed. Caregivers may breast or bottle-feed babies anywhere, anytime. Participants can sit on the floor, in chairs, or stand at any time. The expected noise level is loud.
