Join Cathy Trinca for this fascinating walk identifying at least 30 or more different species in the Melbourne Gardens that can be used to provide a natural dye. She will identify the plants, give a brief description of them and which bits are used as a dye substance and what colours that you can get from them.
Please wear comfortable shoes and weather protection, as this walk will cover a large loop of the Gardens.
Please note that any parts of plants found in the Melbourne Botanic gardens may not be picked, harvested or removed. This walk is for observation purposes only.
