----------------------------------------- If your ADHD brain is tired of being in charge, join! Hi, I'm Masha — I'm writing my thesis on why movement actually works for ADHD brain. I'm putting together a small research group in Berlin. We'll shake, roll on the floor, play weird games, and occasionally just sit in silence and feel our bodies. No choreography, no experience is required. Topic of the session will be about how we approach each other- will learn ways to notice what happens on body level and emotionally.
