Outreach fitness session
About the event
A fitness instructor from KGV facilitates a gym session with a warm up, some weight training and physical therapy exercises, all in a relaxed and chatty atmosphere. Health and medical You'll be required to complete KGV's online pre exercise form prior to starting the program. If you answered "yes" to any of the health conditions listed on the page, it is recommended that you seek medical clearance before participating. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the centre on 02 9265 9868. Please note this is a referral based outreach class and you will be required to select your group/organisation prior to being accepted into this free class.
