Many folks shift to a cafe or hang out for coffee/tea and socialize afterwards.

This is our general guided practice structure for the morning, Join in any or all parts of it. Bring any items you may need, like a towel, bathing suit, warm clothes, mat to lye down on, chair, etc.

PLEASE DRESS WARMER THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED TO! BRING LAYERS! Thermo-gear with bathing suit underneath (for cold exposure).

If you plan to do the cold plunge, please bring a towel or two, a bathing suit, a change of warm clothes, gloves, beanie, warm socks, sandals/aqua socks for rocks, etc. and whatever else you may need to reheat yourself up after.
