Join us for a variety of breathwork, guided meditation, soothing sounds, cold exposure, social time and a potluck on the beach with like-minded conscious persons!
We will be offering a very special meditation entitled The Fire Within.
What inspires you?
WHY do you do what you do?
What lights the spark inside you and keeps your fire going?
These are central questions we will contemplate at the event that shall give rise to our inherent potential and highest abilities.
In these exercises we will aim to evoke the reason why we are excited, enthused and fired-up for life!
The answer may not come immediately but through continual practice and contemplation, insight and inner guidance can emerge. So don’t feel like anything special needs to happen - have the experience and enjoy the company of the people there with you Sunday!
Then we’ll all have time to share, connect and celebrate what brings us to feeling most alive and well.

This is our general guided practice structure for the morning, Join in any or all parts of it. Bring any items you may need, like a towel, bathing suit, warm clothes, mat to lye down on, chair, etc.
PLEASE DRESS 🔥WARMER🔥 THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED TO! BRING LAYERS! Thermo-gear with bathing suit underneath (for cold exposure).
If you plan to do the cold plunge, please bring a towel or two, a bathing suit, a change of warm clothes, gloves, beanie, warm socks, sandals/aqua socks for rocks, etc. and whatever else you may need to reheat yourself up after.
