A run-of-the-mill meeting of the owners’ association in an apartment complex in Madrid. When one of the owners wants to sublet his flat to a man with psychiatric problems, accusations and resentments soon start to fly… Caustic comedy and allegory on hypocrisy and prejudice. The Owners’ Association of an apartment complex is meeting to vote on replacing the lift. At the meeting, it turns out that one of the owners intends to rent out his apartment to a colleague who takes medication for psychiatric problems.
