Two women find love in the most unlikely place. Impressive tale of human contact within the impersonal and often impenetrable asylum system, inspired by the director’s own experience as an asylum seeker in the UK. Isio is a young Nigerian woman who has lived illegally in the UK for two years. She is caught, sent to the Hatchworth Removal Centre and hopes she will have an honest asylum procedure. She is convinced she will be freed as long as she stringently follows the rules despite her charismatic roommate Farah explaining that that is a naïve mistake.
