We will guide you through a dynamic meditation and holotropic breathwork session where you will release tension and emotional blockages in order to free your truest self. I am a trauma-informed breathwork and somatic healing practitioner. Me and my co-facilitator Emil will hold a safe space for you to explore whatever comes up, and if it starts to feel overwhelming, we are there to anchor you and keep you safe.

There are three phases:

Osho Dynamic Meditation - An extremely powerful five phase meditation where we breathe erratically, and use chaotic movement to disrupt the ego and initiate emotional catharsis, then tap into our inner strength, meditate in stillness and finally, dance in celebration.

Holotropic Breathwork - An ecstatic and consciousness-altering breathing exercise to release stagnant energy in your body so your emotions can flow. It will take you into a state where you feel more whole and connected to yourself and others.

Tea Ceremony - We settle into our bodies and drink some soothing herbal tea while optionally sharing our experiences. Various Chinese and Western herbal teas will be served to help anchor you back into your body so you can integrate what you have felt.

Pricing: We have a sliding scale price option so you can pay what you are able to and what you believe is fair.

As an introductory offer, the first two sessions will start at 50 SEK.

You can pay anywhere between 50-500 SEK via Swish before the event starts.
