Re/Training Dance Class

Re/Training is a facilitated movement session designed to connect us to the pleasure of our dancing body. A verbally facilitated, responsive stream-of-consciousness container infuses deep anatomical investigation with exploratory risk, blurring the boundary between sensation and execution, experience and performance, training and play. Through continuous movement, re/training challenges participants' physical, mental, and imaginative stamina, increasing the capacity to hold complexity, internally and externally.
