TMRW. EXPLORING FUTURES
About the event
The Craft of Encounter 23 October 2026 Join world-renowned ocean cinematographer Roger Horrocks and futurist Jon Cherry in this fascinating exploration of the mindset required to enable encounters with success. How to take high-risk bets without losing the house. One of the most daunting challenges we face these days is uncertainty. Without a clear and reliable view of what the world in the next few years will look like, even simple decision making is difficult under these circumstances. So how then should we navigate the path toward the future? How should our organisations be structured to make progress, but not put itself at unnecessary risk?Questions we aim to explore:How can an organisation build its confidence in the face of uncertainty and change? How can you build up some momentum while still successfully dealing with discontinuities? How can you improve how you ‘see’ opportunity and risks? How do you make progress towards a big goal, while holding plans loosely?
The Craft of Encounter is an intimate morning designed for leaders, founders and curious thinkers who are navigating an increasingly unpredictable future.Come for the ideas. Stay for the conversation. Leave seeing possibility differently.
