Magic-Mindful-Morning - Art of Being Experience

Welcome to a Millertime Art of Being Mindful Experience. I am hosting a "dotting" meditative morning workshop on 3 October @The Welcome Glen Community Farmhouse. These workshops focus very much on Mindfulness and the importance of being "in the Moment and "being present", as well as the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. It is all about connection, tribe and presence while creating. Hosting these sessions at The welcome glen community farmhouse re-iterates all of the above. All about community and creation so a perfect partnership in progress. Please join me for a Magic, Mindful Morning. All materials are included, as well as meditation, demo & facilitation whilst you sip away on a delicious Mimosa.
