Gentle yoga with Georgina

In a gentle yoga class, we practise connecting the mind with the body and our breath, and the effects on our well-being range from relaxing to profound. If you’re curious, come along with a yoga mat and wear something comfortable – you may be surprised. To become a member, sign up before class by visiting the Older Women’s Network website.
