🍄 MICRODOSING, TOGETHER
A half-day retreat to slow down, in a small group, in a peaceful setting. No pressure to feel or experience anything specific. Just space to explore microdosing, guided, together.
Whether this is your first time or you already microdose on your own. This is for you.
📍 VENUE: De Kraijenhoff - Kraijenhoffstraat (Czaar Peterbuurt) Amsterdam 🕓 DURATION: 12:30-16:30
📝 AGENDA: ● Arrival \> Arrive and settle in. ● Intention \> Set an intention. Take the microdose. ● Meditation \> Sit or lie in extended silence. ● Movement \> Then move the body - slow and intuitive - to music\, letting the body express what surfaced before we put it into words. ● Integration \> Come back together to talk it through - if you want - and I'll help you make sense of what came up.
No performance. No forced sharing. No "correct" way to experience it. Just attention, and space to notice what's there.
🍄 We will use truffles and take a dose low enough to leave your perception untouched, but high enough to work quietly in the background.
Come with an open intention rather than a fixed expectation. Clear your schedule afterward, don't plan anything demanding right after the session, give yourself time to come down and let things settle.
