You'll cook, taste, and learn how food heals. Part cooking class, part nutrition lesson, taught by a holistic nutritionist who will explain what each dish is doing for your body. Space is limited, so grab your spot early.
We'll make and roll our own energy bites, blend a basil tofu ricotta that will make you forget what it's replacing, and make collard green and black rice tacos from Dr. Ruby's cookbook, Stop Playin', Go Vegan: Getting Serious with Healthy Vegan Recipes to Prevent and Reverse Disease.
All are welcome, no experience needed, just come ready to cook.
