Just a Walk UPenn Campus and West Philly
About the event
This will be a 5-6 mile round trip moderately paced, mostly flat walk on paved city streets. We will begin introductions near the Angel Statue in the waiting area of 30th Street Station at 9:00am.
I'll be taking the 7:32am train from Woodbourne on the West Trenton Line arriving at 30th Street Station at 8:38.
Our path will take us to several of my favorite scenic areas of West Philly/Drexel/UPENN. We will probably stop for coffee/brunch at the halfway point.
Dress appropriately for the weather and bring water and snacks.
Members of all skill levels, whether using an iPhone or DSLR, will have many opportunities for photos on this walk.
Steady rain cancels event. Update will be posted in Meetup by 6am the day of the event.
If you sign up for this event and your plans change, Please remember to update your RSVP in Meetup.
