NOTE: Japanese Coffee & Chat now takes place on the first Saturday of every month! Check out our other events to see other opportunities for Japanese conversation practice. *** Let's get some coffee and chat in Japanese! This spot has a relaxed vibe where we can chill, enjoy some coffee, and practice our language skills in a low-pressure environment. There's even a nice outdoor area if the weather is nice! (All levels of Japanese welcome.)
No agenda, but here's a few topics to get us started: -What hobbies do you have? Have you visited Japan before? If not, where in Japan would you like to visit? -What Japanese foods do you like the most? -Are you watching any anime right now? What are your favorites?
No worries if you don't know how to say something. We'll learn together! Feel free to bring a pencil/notebook or write down new vocab on your phone if you'd like.
