Want to meet new people in Sydney but don't want to leave it to chance?
Fast Friends is a professionally hosted social experience where we actually help you connect. You'll be guided through short conversations and rotations, so you get to meet different people instead of walking into a room and trying to figure out who to approach.
Whether you're new to Sydney or simply ready to expand your circle, come along, meet 15–25 new people, and see who you click with.

That's completely normal. Most guests attend solo. 🍻 When the hosted rounds finish, stay for drinks and continue chatting with the people you connected with.

🍻 Happy Hour & Drinks Enjoy the relaxed pub atmosphere at Shark Hotel, with drinks and food available to purchase throughout the evening. We've reserved a quieter space exclusively for our group, so you can actually hear the person you're talking to rather than competing with a busy bar.
🕖 Your Evening 7:00 PM — Welcome & Drinks Meet Shelly, grab a drink and settle in. If you're coming alone, she'll help you get connected. 7:30 PM — Fast Friends Meet different people through short, guided conversations and rotations. ✨ Themed Connection Rounds Fun prompts and interactive activities to help you move beyond the usual small talk. From 8:30 PM — Drinks & Mingling Stay, relax and continue the conversations with your favourite new connections.
