Zany, high-speed adventure. The brilliant, eccentric inventor Reodor Felgen and his inseparable animal friends Solan and Ludwig have performed lots of daring experiments. Unfortunately, these often failed angering the people in their village. The trio try to redeem themselves with their latest invention, the unique racing car Il Tempo Gigante, designed for the legendary rally from Paris to the Pyramids.
