Jaleo Sound Festival returns to Amsterdam’s Posthoornkerk on 11 and 12 September 2026. The second edition will feature more than ten Ibero-American and Dutch artists, DJ sets, Spanish and Latin American gastronomy, and visual art. The main meeting place for the Spanish-speaking community and a broad Dutch and international audience.
A new generation of artists
Following a successful first edition attended by more than 1,000 people, Jaleo Sound places a new generation of female artists from the Spanish-speaking music scene in the spotlight. Laaza, Júlia Sabaté and Paula Bilá each bring their own distinctive sound. La Mafia de la Gozadera and DJs Mambo Brothers, Brook Newman and Leona Bruxx are also part of the programme, alongside other Ibero-American and Dutch artists.
Music, art and gastronomy
Jaleo Sound offers a cultural experience that goes beyond live music and DJ sets. Visitors can enjoy Spanish and Latin American gastronomy, as well as visual art by Colombian artist Garavato, who has previously collaborated with artists including Foo Fighters, Iggy Pop, Interpol, IDLES and Juanes. The festival is becoming a leading meeting place for Ibero-American culture in the Netherlands.
