Babies and Barbells

Strength, flexibility and mobility class for parents in a baby-friendly environment. At Energy Project, we train for life. As parents of 2 young kids ourselves, we train to be able to keep up with them as they grow (and get heavier) - be that riding bikes, catching them when they launch off the top of the slide, climbing to the top of the ropes on an epic rescue mission...and we want everyone to feel that they are strong and capable of doing all the fun stuff. So, when better to start than when our babies are small so we can grow in strength together.
