Yoga in Trillium Park

Yoga in Trillium Park at Ontario Place is a free outdoor yoga series running from June 6 to September 27, held on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. beside the Pavilion. Presented In collaboration with NÜLOVE, classes are led by some of the GTA’s most experienced movement instructors. Each session blends hatha and vinyasa yoga, with a focus on mindfulness, core strength, and building a deeper connection between breath, body, and spirit. Throughout the season, special monthly classes will feature unique experiences like Acro Yoga Fusions, Yoga Dance Parties with Dance Alchemy, Awaken with JUNGLETO (a yoga and fitness fusion), as well as Pilates, live music, and meditation—creating fresh ways to move, breathe, and connect with a growing community. Classes are open to all levels and are rain or shine. No registration is required! Just bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and sunscreen/hat for sun protection.
