Join us for a fun, relaxed yoga practice under the trees with a beautiful sunset as your backdrop at Riverdale Park, right by the Statue of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen. Danilo and Tia guide Hatha/Vinyasa flow classes that blend breathing exercises, restorative postures, and active sequences to strengthen both body and mind. All levels are welcome, no experience needed!
Our classes are donation-based/pay what you can, so there is no set price, and no pressure. Just show up! You can just drop-in too, even if you don't sign up above. If you'd like to contribute, donations can be made in person at the class or via e-transfer to innerpath.yog@gmail.com. Most people give somewhere between $5 and $25, but whatever feels right for you is welcome!!
Please bring:
• yoga mat or sarong (optional) • water bottle.
