About the event

Join us every 2nd Saturday for a meeting of local Manga and Anime book club MANGANIME club!

This month for the theme of Monsters and Kaiju, we will be discussing the Manga series Kaiju Girl Carmelise!

Plot: High school loner Kuroe Akaishi suffers from a rare, mysterious condition that turns her into a giant monster—dubbed "Harugon" by the news media—whenever her emotions spike, especially when she feels romantic attraction.

*We recommend you read the series before coming, but it's not required! Because....*

Didn't read the manga? That's ok! Come through and watch a secret surprise Godzilla movie with us!

Light snacks and drinks will be made available.
