Heather VanCura is Vice President at Oracle and Director & Chairperson of the Java Community Process (JCP) Program, where she leads global strategy, standards, and community engagement across the Java ecosystem. With more than 20 years at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, she is a recognized leader in building global developer communities, advancing open standards, and fostering industry collaboration.
