From Copilot to Strategist Case Study: AI Is Changing the Way We Build Products

About the event: For entrerpreneurs, product managers, designers, frontend engineers, founders, and anyone interested. Anyone interested in Product or trying to get into Product Management is welcome.

Use one product as a case study and look at four different ways I work with AI.

AI can already help product managers write PRDs, summarize research, brainstorm ideas, and move faster. But what happens when we use AI for something more interesting: improving the way we think about products? In this session, I will share a real-world case study from building Partigo, a social app that helps people find others to experience events with. Rather than presenting a list of AI tools or prompts, we'll explore four ways AI can work with a product manager: 🤖 Copilot — using AI to turn ideas into things we can actually ship 🔎 Analyst — using AI to uncover patterns, assumptions, and unanswered questions 🧠 Strategist — using AI to challenge our thinking, explore alternatives, and pressure-test product decisions 🚀 Product Architect — exploring how AI changes what the product itself can do We'll look at real Partigo examples, including product decisions, AI-assisted development, and ideas around matching, personalization, and social coordination. There will also be opportunities for the audience to contribute feedback to the product.
