Is this your event?About the event
Get ready to rip, pour, and reinvent! Join artist / museum facilitator Lucie MacGregor for sensory fun, as you transform paper waste into something entirely new. Join in with our paper pulp making cycle, as we collectively draw, tear, blend, and sponge. Then use cardboard and wastepaper to build structures you can actually step inside! Inspired by the "waggle dance" of bees, we will use fun, physical movements to play and connect in a relaxed, shared environment. Please read the full booking information below: • Both children and adults need to have tickets for this event. Children must be accompanied by adults during the workshop. • This workshop is designed for children aged 4+. Younger siblings between ages 1-4 are welcome but need to buy tickets. Free for babies under 1. • If you are no longer able to attend, please kindly let the V&A know so we can release your places. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. • If the V&A needs to cancel the event due to an emergency, or for any reason beyond the control of the V&A, we will reschedule your booking for a later date or offer a refund. • Please use our buggy park as we don’t have a space for them in the studio. • Our visual story shows you pictures of the museum and how to access our spaces. Please check our Access page for further information. • Our workshops are for everyone. We know that visiting a museum as a family requires lots of planning. If you would like further information or would like to tell us about your child’s needs in advance, please contact us by email: yvalearningevent@vam.ac.uk
