AI Masterclass - Decide, Defend & Deliver
About the event
This AI Masterclass is brought to you by TechWomen Cph and Women in Data & Analytics. Its designed for data analysts, data scientists, product managers, and designers who want to move from AI curiosity to AI judgment. This session focuses on deciding whether an AI feature is worth building, pressure-testing that decision before defending it to a real stakeholder, and seeing what disciplined delivery looks like once the decision is made. Through hands-on exercises and a live pipeline demo, participants sharpen their ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and apply a clear framework from decision to delivery.
Galina Zirneeva, Sara Mehrabi and Monique Marins will take you through the three interactive acts:
• Act 1 – Decide A hands-on session building a repeatable rubric for evaluating AI outputs and a go/iterate/kill decision method based on explicit criteria rather than gut feeling. • Act 2 – Defend / PRESS Participants pressure-test their decision with AI acting as a skeptical stakeholder, sharpening how they communicate and defend a call before taking it to a real one. • Act 3 – Deliver / Pipeline Demo A live walkthrough of disciplined AI delivery, covering a working reference architecture for an AI development pipeline and where a human checkpoint belongs in the process. Most hands-on for data scientists, developers/data engineers, and PMs who build their own prototypes.

All food and drinks are included, and no additional charges will apply. Tickets are fully refundable up to 3 days before the event.
TechWomen Cph is a registered non-profit association (*forening*) in Denmark. All revenue goes directly toward covering event costs, and any surplus is reinvested into supporting our community and activities.
