Let's talk about Confidence & Self-Doubt

Some days we feel great about ourselves. Other days, the quiet voice of doubt creeps in, questioning whether we're enough, whether we belong, and what others are thinking about us. Join us for an afternoon of conversations exploring what builds confidence, what feeds self-doubt, and how we can be kinder to ourselves. There are 8 question prompts to guide us, but the real magic is in gathering people who've opted in for meaningful chats. We will do two 1-hour rounds in small groups of \~4 people each.
