Mental health affects how we think, feel, relate, and move through everyday life. We’ll reflect honestly on what shapes our wellbeing and how we can better support ourselves and one another. There are 8 question prompts to spark conversation, but the real magic is in gathering people who've opted in for meaningful conversation.
