ADHD+ & The Relational Self
About the event
In this session we will explore philosophical concepts that can explain and support what has been working in this space, and how we can use them intentionally in practical matters and everyday life.
I will present to you my reflections and knowledge around it, and I would love to hear your perspective, questions, and ideas.
The goal is to keep growing, but in a way that really serves all of us, and for that your input is fundamental.

Alone, everything can be hard. Together, we can create the world we need and deserve... and have fun in the process.
Practicalities: • Bring your own food and drinks\, share if you feel like (no alcohol) • I will open the door as close as possible to 18:30 (I'm time blind, I can be late but I'm trying my best) • We aim to start the conversation by 19:00 • We finish around 20:30 • You can stay in the space and socialise until 22:00
